Cyclone Percival (Japanese version: Talan (タラン Taran)) is Josh's Guardian Aquos Bakugan who formerly Barodius' (Mag Mel's) Chaos Bakugan minion. He was originally Chaos Bakugan until Josh entrusted him with his own peace. He has evolved into Twister Cyclone Percival (Japanese version: Alpha Talan (アルファタラン Arufa Taran)) as he is angry and vows to defeat all the Vextos.
