Overpowered Notice[]
The Bakugan in question in this article is clearly overpowered. Simply having 915 Gs makes him fairly broken, but still fair, as is the first ability. However; the Haos Refrain and Doom Portal abilities are simply too chaotic to be allowed. I'm suggesting that you put some sort of condition on Doom Portal's effect, and remove Haos Refrain altogether. Also, I don't believe that this Bakugan needs any sort of evolution, considering that, even removing all of its abilities, Jesungu is still a fairly powerful and formidable opponent.
